  • re-supplying the services; or
  • paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failure, or inability to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyber-attacks, system failures, equipment breakdown, labour shortages, or supplier disruptions.
